Elation is part of a series of abstract, non-representational, mixed media paintings I made on paper.  They are very small images, measuring only 4x2.5 inches, but they look amazing framed.  There is a calmness and a meditative quality to these paintings, even though they are filled with movement, energy, and complex layering.
